About DICoDE

Based on a Value Chain of the Distribution of Digital Information model used last year’s at IME’s Advanced Digital Strategies in New York, DICoDE model (DICoDE standing for Digital Information Consumption and Distribution Ecosystems) has been created in 2010, after months of interactions with experts, additional information gathering and foresight on actuality. In July of that year, explaining it to an ex-colleague, he told me: “it’s not that simple, you should write a book about it!”. Well, that’s in fact a great idea…

DICoDE has evolved, integrating a Business Models tool and expanding into an Innovation Methodology (called Leanovation), possibly for any sector or industry.
